Description:
This is Lanchello. He is apparently the Leader of the Merry Morons, as well as Dark Doodlemans 2nd in command. He is never seen without at least some of his Lance army. He is also The Mayor of Doodlopia's Negative. His staff has powerful lightning inside, so be careful when coming up close.

Attacks:
Lightning Strike- Calls down a thunderbolt. Dash to dodge.
Vulnerable afterwards.
Lance Call- Calls Multiple Lances to fight you. Kill them all to continue fight.
Lazer Beam- Fires a beam from his sceptor. Jump over them all to dodge.
Lance Charge- Makes Lances Charge at you. Do a continuous attack to deflect.
